Event Summary:
Event will utilize volunteers, security, street closures, etc... from the US Pro race. See attached map for proposed route. Timing will be provided by a seperate company than the one timing the US Pro Race.

Please refer to US Pro Race application for all site details on security, medical, transportation, sanitation, etc...
We will work closely with City of Aspen Officials to coordinate the different events. | ||||||

Communication Plan:
Race will be sanctioned by USA Cycling. A race official will be provided and will coordinate in-race communications. All other communications (for street closures, etc..) will be provided from the other race.

Medical Plan:
To be provided from US Pro Race.

Transportation/Traffic Plan:
See US Pro Race application. This race will utilize the same street closures (locations and times). See course map as reference.

Alcohol Mitigation Plan:
Organizers will not be selling alcohol for this event.

Organizers will not be selling food at this event.

Public Notification:
