Appox attendance 300-500, Staff 4, Volunteers 30,Independent Contractors 10,Security 2,Vendors 1
Event is open to public tickets $18.00 adults, under 12 buy one at $18.00 get one free. No limit on tickets at this time. Rehearsal possible day before. Rodeo grounds sound system.

Food Vendor will be normal Rodeo Food provider, Hickory House, Aspen 2 Security personal 6 Porta-Potties, 2 hand washing stations, 1 Handicap restroom Parking will use 3/4 or parking lot plus Black Saddle Restaurant for overflow parking. Location is on normal bus routes

No emergency medical services needed. Volunteers will included 3 members of Aspen Fire.

Safety Plan:
Capacity is similar to normal Rodeo grounds, last years attendance was about 250 on second day. Rodeo grounds are familiar to police and emergency medical providers. We will call 911 if anyone is injured. This areana has only 2 access points which will be staffed by the volunteer security.

Transportation/Traffic Plan:
All event staff and attendees will use the Rodeo grounds parking area

Parking Plan:
250 spaces will be adequate per day for all people.

Under Snowmass Western Heritage liquor license is provided and the food vendor Hickory House, Aspen will dispence.
