There is NO DEDICATED PARKING at the June Experience (with the exception of VIP ticket holders). Regular RFTA shuttle service leaving on the hour will be available from Ruby Park to the Benedict Must Tent grounds throughout the evening. Additional shuttle options will be announced at a later date. The Aspen WE-Cycle program will also be one-site, bringing concert goers fast, enjoyable bike rides.
Free & Open to the Public. NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR BEVERAGE ALLOWED TO BE BROUGHT IN.

The city bus RFTA service will run during the event. An additional bus will be added for each night of the event.
We will supplement with CME shuttles running to and from the event.

There will be attendants on site from 3pm-10pm to direct traffic.
Additional trash and recycling bins will be brought on site for the event.
We instituted a new "green team" program in 2015 which made strides in the right direction. We will continue to partner with the City of Aspen to grow the green program.

In the event port a potties are required, City recommends two potties for the first 100 attendees and one port a potty per 100 guests thereafter. Pop up tents or any other type of structures set up on asphalt right of way will have to use other means of securing the structure, (water barrels, sand bags etc.) 3. If street sweeping is requested, the department can do the sweeping if it can schedule it into the normal work schedule. Charges may apply. 4. No Permanent painting or markings on streets or curbs is allowed.

Attendance of a quantity higher than existing RFTA services or for locations outside existing RFTA services may require supplemental service at the expense of the event producer. Bus service must be on par with demand. Event producer indicates we are supplementing with continuous shuttles 4 vans) provided by CME from 7pm - 11pm on June 23-25 that run from in front of the Little Nell and at Wagner Park to the Music Festival drop. Based upon 2014 feedback, at the end of each show, please have all shuttles staged at venue to accommodate guests exiting venue at same time. 2. Signage to be provided on both sides of Rubey Park directing attendees to shuttle at Wagner Park (Durant and Monarch). Accurate transportation information should be included on the JAS website. 3. Car to Go and/or We-Cycle parking spaces are permanent locations and may not be moved or utilized as parking spaces for your event without prior approval from Lynn Rumbaugh in Transportation. FEEDBACK: Feedback regarding Jazz: 2015 Feedback 1. I am concerned that the agreed upon number of shuttles was changed without communication (if I am correct about what was in the permit). 2. The Jazz website homepage made no mention of the CME shuttles being available or their location. There was a blog post with the correct info – but the home page sent people to RFTA buses that weren’t available, creating a number of customer service issues. See screen shot below. 3. Our security reported issues at Rubey Park – mostly related to trash – as people waited for RFTA buses to the Tent. 2017 Requests 1. I would request that the event provide trash receptacles and removal at Rubey Park. 2. The events materials need to provide correct transit service information. 3. I would like an agreed upon number of shuttles that is considered optimal and is not reduced without discussion.
